1. Click to Share
Libraries to share images and image libraries
with other Photo Album Wizard members

2. To add a new user to
allow them to access your image libraries, click Add
New User.
(i) Enter in a Photo Album Wizard member email address.
e.g. my friend@photoalbumwizard.com
(ii) Click OK.

3. To Edit or View
the share permissions for an existing user, select their
email or name from the drop-down list.

4. Under the heading Libraries
to Share is a list of the image libraries that
are available to share. To set the permissions, place
a Check
(
)
in the check box under the appropriate heading.

In the example above, the user has permission to Use,
Copy and Insert
all of the images in the library, but cannot Delete
or Move images from
the library.
Type in a number, to restrict the number of images a
user can share. In the example above, the entire image
library has been made available.
4. To finish the
process, click Save Changes
to apply the new Share Libraries settings the user.

The Summary
of Shared Library Users
provides an overview of the number of libraries and
images available to each user in the list.
To remove Share Library
permissions, click Delete
to remove all permissions, or to remove specific
permissions, click Edit.
Note: If you allow
another user to Copy your images, they will also be
able to launch the Large
Image Preview window. You can Copy images directly
to a computer in Large Image Preview.
If you do not want other users to be able to save copies
of your images to their computers, uncheck the Copy
setting.
