Go to My Pictures: Opens
your MyPictures folder
Set as Background: Sets
the current image as your computers desktop background

Set as Desktop Item:
Adds an Active Desktop Item to your desktop.
Copy: Copies the current
image to the Clipboard. Paste into another image program,
or onto your desktop, or email program.
